Description
This liquid filling line, adopts advanced PLC system and touch screen, it is easy and convenient to operate and maintain, with the liquid level sensor, it can add the liquid automatically. And with the unique elevator, it is suitable to various size bottles. The elec-sensor joints with the pneumatic valve in case of bottle absence or down. And every filling pipe can be adjusted or cleaned separately. This filling line can be used to fill all kinds of liquid and fluidity, such as: shampoo, edible oil, sauce, wine, perfume, beverage, etc.
Working flow:
Put bottles on conveyor manually-auto filling-auto capping-auto labeling-put bottles into carton by manual.
