1. Q: How about the order procedure?

A:


Firstly, we discuss order details, production details by email or TM etc. 


Secondly, we issue you a PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do prepay or deposit before we begin mass production. 


Thirdly, after we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don’t have stock. 

Fourth, before production finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. 

Fifth, after payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you. 

2. Q: How about the "Quality Assurance"?

 

A: Our company has founded more than ten years. Quality is regarded as our life. We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next production procedure. 100% QC inspection before shipment.

3. Q: How to install and adjust?

 
A: When the machine reaches at yours, you can install and adjust the machine according to the instruction booklet or our installation video. If possible, we will send engineers to visit and installation and commissioning.
 

4. Q: How can I pay you?

A: After you confirm our PI, you can pay for it by T/T (HSBC bank) or Western Union.
