Guangzhou Guanggao High Voltage Electric Apparatus Co., Ltd. was one of the first group that was designated to produce transformer, switchgear, wire and cable by original Ministry of Machine-building and Electronics Industry, The factory located in Guangzhou Economic Development Area Yunpu 1st Road(a state-level development zones ), was build in 1958, covers an area of 50,000 square meters, the total investment reaches to 190 million RMB, it is one of the largest factories of manufacturing the power transmission & transformation products in Guangdong Province.
Our company has more than 500 staffs, and first-class mechanical and electrical experts in domestic, technicians and skilled workers as well as the marketing team. There are 80 senior and intermediate-level technologists, 50 postgraduate & doctor students, 35% of the scientists and technicians are university students.
The company has advanced factory equipment and producing crafts. It successively introduced such equipments: Full automatic production line of iron core from GEORG Company of Germany, Full automatic numerical steam vacuum gating systems from Germany, Foil automatic coil winding machine and so on. The company had build a high-voltage test hall, within which there is a 3000kV Lightning impulse testing device, and introduced some advanced testing equipments, such as CA-21 moisture analyzer from Mitsubishi, American Fluke Ti30 infrared image detector, American RM-3WE three dimensional vibration. It has integrated design, manufacture, product testing, quality control and marketing by ERP system.
Our products have passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification, high-tech enterprise certificate and ISO14000 Environmental management system\OHSMS18000 certificate of conformity of occupation health and safety management system.
There were nearly a thousand units 110 ~ 220kV class transformers, which operated safely all over the country. Our company had been charged with Olympics electrical engineering, Kabo zi engineering of Southern Power Grid Company, construction project of the Asian Games of Guangzhou, and BRT project of Guangzhou . Our products have been exported to Burma, Madagascar, Malaysia, Angola and some other countries.
