General work flow: headbox→network department→press → through the dryer for drying → sizing → second dring by the dryer → calender → reeling machine.
Briefly introduces the main equipment of the machine
1. Network department
The Network department adopts the Triassic network architecture. In this department it have 3 open type headbox.Each wite table is equipped with the forming board, water scraping plate, vacuum box ,tight network device and the water
basin. With diameter of 550mm breast roll,diameter of 800mm vacuum roll, diameter of 550mm drive net roll and diameter of 800mm upper couch.
2. Press section
Press section is made up of the vacuum press and 2 large diameter roll press.
The vacuum press is composed by the diameter of 800mm upper press roll and diameter of 850mm vacuum press roll.The 2 large diameter roll press are composed by the 2 upper press rolls and 2 bottom press rolls with the diameter of 1300mm. Each squeeze by gas pressure and equip with the cleaning device.
Each blanket with automatic correction device and electric tensioner . Frame is steel welded structure. The machine is equipped with the broken pool.
3.Dryer section
One set of dryer is 26 dryers with diameter of 1500 mm . The frame is steel welded structure.It drive by the close gear.Each dry net with automatic correction device and electric tensioner. The dryer is equipped with the scraper.Another set of dryer is 12 dryers and the other equipment same with the one set. Between two sets it has a sizing machine with diameter of 700mm sizing roll.
4. Gas hood
The dryer section is equipped with the ordinary gas hood. It made from aluminum profile and aluminum production.
5.Drive
The whole machine is multipoint transmission it owns 19 drive points and the total power is 834kw. Each point is equipped with a gear reducer and coupling.
