Description
Zhengzhou Sheraho XLH-1200CF vacuum crucible furnace are combined by quartz crucibles or alumina crucibles and stainless steel, working temperature range is from 800'C to 1200'C. This series equipment is with advanced controlling system, has the characters as: safe,eay-operating, high temperature accuracy, excellent temperature keeping, good uniformity for chamber,can be filled with inert gas also can be pulled with vacuum,etc. This furnaces are widely used in technical university,scientific research institutions,etc. The heating element for this furnace is imported resistance wire or SiC rod, it adopted double shell and PID programmable intelligent temperature-controlling system.
Main application: burning high purity compound, annealing or expanding semi-conductor chip,also can be used for heating or sintering ceramic materials.
