1. Working Principle
A fan with dispersion effect is particularly suitable for airflow drying operation of heat-sensitive materials. Wet and even agglomerate materials can be crushed and dispersed by a high-speed rotating fan impeller and stirred and mixed at the same time in the dispersion process, and the materials and the hot air flow in parallel. The dryer is suitable for drying agglomerate filter cakes which belong to surface moisture-containing materials and have the moisture content of less than or equal to 40 percent; and when the moisture content is less than or equal to 60 percent, the materials are difficult to feed, a mixer should be adopted, the moisture of the fed materials is reduced by a dry material mixing method, the total yield of the drying equipment is greatly reduced, and this is uneconomical. Therefore, the moisture of the fed materials is reduced as much as possible through the users by adopting a mechanical method (centrifugal dehydration or pressure filtration) to ensure smooth drying operation.
